DécorByArtists respects and is committed to protecting your privacy.  We may in the course of doing business gather personal information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  At no time will we sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.  All information is to be controlled by DécorByArtists, a division of Enhance a Colour, at all times.

Security Policy:

At DecorByArtists your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions .  It encrypts all of your information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refund Policy:

At Decor by Artists we are completely confident in the materials that we produce.  Every item is a “Custom Created One of a Kind” product that we produce. Every item is quality checked before leaving our facilities. If there are any mistakes or errors in our printing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss these issues at 1-855-789-6363.  At DécorByArtists, the customer comes first, so we will do whatever we can to make you happy and satisfied with the product that you have ordered.

Shipping Policy:

Please be assured that your items will ship out on a timely basis (normally a 5 day turnaround) since every product we create is a custom created product.  We ship with UPS Ground and with FedEx Ground as our Primary Shippers and their delivery times are from overnight on the East Coast to 5 day turnaround on the West Coast. UPS and FedEx deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding holidays.  If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 1-855-789-6363 for expedited charges.   

Sales Tax:

Please note DécorByArtists is a Connecticut based company that follows the “internet rules” for collecting Sales Tax.  If you live in one of the more than 40 states that require internet based companies to collect taxes for them, then we will do that.  If you live in a state that does not mandate collecting Sales Tax than we will not collect sales tax.
